    Staff were really rude. I called and ask if I could cash my paycheck there, they asked where and then were like yea we can do that for a fee. I get there 30 minutes later and they refused to cash it.

    We are a vendor that provides a service for Quality Rentals. We have provided services for other housing /rental companies, but I must say that the staff at Quality Rentals is on their A game when taking care of their tenants. They follow through and stand behind their word on everything they do. Dealing with other landlords and rental agencies, I come across very few that care about the tenants experience and response time to address their tenants needs. It is a pleasure working with Quality Rentals.

    I would be very cautious of using this company. What I experienced was horrific and completely unprofessional. With out them doing any of their homework or being unbiased they jumped to conclusions and came up with preconceived notions. Causing what could have been an amicable situation into a potential legal situation. They threw out legal advice that they have no right giving; not holding Law degrees themselves. Error to the side of caution when making any huge financial decision's and always get feedback from multiple sources first.

    Great staff, fun place to live, great security, great shuttle transportation to classes, however I have a huge issue with how they rip off college students. Not only is rent ridiculously high for living in a place with thin walls, floorboards that come up and IKEA furniture. But the parking is expensive too and their end goal is to keep your security deposit no matter what. Got charged a cleaning fee after cleaning the place spotless for one piece of lint in the sink. This is nothing but a money grubbing business, total rip off you would be better off financially renting a house or apt downtown.
